My name's Tom Abker and I'm the founder of Ridge Reserve Spirits, LLC.

I’ve been in the business for over 50 years and I decided it was time to quit looking for a good whiskey and create it myself. So I founded Ridge Reserve Spirits.

Our first release was a straight bourbon, Ridge Reserve Black Label Straight Bourbon whiskey. I thought it turned out pretty good and so did the judging panel at the Beverage Tasting Institute who rated it "Exceptional" and gave it a gold medal and 90 points.

We have our 6 grain, single barrel Alabama Bourbon, "Old 240" bottled, and let me tell you, it was worth all the work we've put into it. It's a limited release bourbon, and it's really something special.

"Ridge Reserve 101 First Strike" Rum!

Truly a spirit for the new Millenium, every aspect of our rum’s production took place in Alabama. It's produced from 100 per cent first strike Louisiana sugar cane. Fermented in open top cypress tanks, then double pot distilled with “heart cut" distillate. Then it's barreled aged in oak for least five years.
